At e-Saheli, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable skill-development courses. Please read this Cancellations and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is successfully processed.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All course fees are non-refundable, and once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another course or user.
1.2 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

2. Payment Processing via Razorpay
2.1 All payments made on e-Saheli are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
2.2 e-Saheli does not store or process credit/debit card details or any other sensitive payment information. All payment details are securely transmitted to Razorpay for processing.

2.4 If there is a technical issue with the payment process, users may contact Razorpay or e-Saheli support at [info@e-saheli.com] within 24 hours of the transaction.
3. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution
3.1 Since all sales are final and non-refundable, users are not eligible to initiate chargebacks through their bank or payment provider.
3.2 If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction or duplicate charge, please contact us at [info@e-saheli.com] within 24 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and coordinate with Razorpay to resolve any genuine issues.
3.3 Any chargeback or dispute filed without prior communication with e-Saheli may result in permanent account suspension and legal action as per Razorpay’s fraud prevention policies.
4. Exceptions (Only in Case of Duplicate Payments)
4.1 Refunds may be considered only in cases where a user is charged twice for the same course due to a technical glitch or banking issue. In such cases:

e-Saheli will verify the duplicate payment and process a refund within 15-20 business days via Razorpay.
