3. Courses & Certifications

3.1 Enrollment in any course provides access to:

Community support & doubt resolution

3.2 Certification Policy:

Certificates are issued digitally upon course completion.
No physical certificates are provided.
e-Saheli does not guarantee job placements after course completion.

3.3 Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell e-Saheli's course materials.

3.4 Course access is non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Processing via Razorpay

Payments on e-Saheli are securely processed through Razorpay, which adheres to PCI-DSS security standards.
We do not store or process credit/debit card details. Payment details are securely transmitted to Razorpay for processing.

4.2 Course Fees

All course fees are displayed exclusive of GST.
Fees must be paid in full before gaining access to any course.

4.3 No Refund Policy

Once a user has enrolled in a course, no refund or cancellation is permitted.
Users should review course details before making a purchase.

4.4 Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

Any chargebacks or disputes should be raised with info@e-saheli.com before initiating a complaint with Razorpay.
